Great mattress, minor delivery issue
I bought the Matelas Emma Hybride Premium and an Oreiller Emma Original. The mattress itself is truly excellent, very supportive and comfortable. The pillow is also a nice addition. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, about six days, and the box for the mattress was a bit dinged up, though the product inside was fine. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delivery status. Overall, a positive experience, but delivery speed could be a bit more consistent.
